As an ex-soldier and mercenary with terminal cancer Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) is the perfect test subject for one of Ajax ‘risky experiments: He promises Wade healing. The experiment succeeds and Wade gets self-healing powers.
Unfavorable is however, that the laboratory is bombarded in the middle of the process. Wade’s face is completely destroyed and his brain is affected. When he hears that his girlfriend Vanessa ist hunted by Ajax, slips the (anti-)hero with pitch black humor in a suit and embarks on a rescue mission…
